Cold Rolled Carbon Steel in general, cold rolled coils in coils / strips in particular are hot-rolled steel sheets, but the steel has to undergo another stage: steel annealing. In this process, the steel will continue to cool (room temperature). Therefore, the price of this steel is higher than that of hot rolled steel.
